Lea Rossek is a licensed dietitian and nutritionist with a Masters degree in Public health from City University of London and a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from the Lebanese American University. After a successful career in public health consultancy for NGOs like WFP, UNICEF and UNHCR, Lea decided to venture on a new career path. She has merged her knowledge on nutrition and public health to educate patients on how food can be used as medicine to prevent disease and restore health. Lea provides information, diet plans and consultation based on the scientific relationship between healthy food, nutrition, and the fight against disease.
