I hold a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition and a Master’s degree in Public Health from the University of London. After returning to Lebanon, I dedicated my career to public health, collaborating with various NGOs on nutrition and health initiatives. Later, I consulted on public health projects with international organizations such as UNICEF and WFP. When the pandemic began, I shifted my focus to my personal life—getting married, relocating, and welcoming two children. During this time, I deepened my passion for family nutrition and women's health by researching and applying the best evidence-based practices to support my health and my loved ones’ well-being. This journey inspired me to share my knowledge, combining personal experience and professional expertise, to help women and their families achieve optimal health.
